RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

This is an agreement to inform users about our policy on returns and exchanges.

In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item(s).

To qualify for a refund, your return must be made within 10 business days of the delivery date. After 10 business days, all sales are final and return(s) will not be accepted. Returned item(s) must be, unworn, unaltered, unwashed condition in its original packaging. All returns must include the original packing slip. For hygienic reasons socks, beanies, hats, masks, and bandanas cannot be returned. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to the original form of payment. Please note, this payment process may take up to 5-7 business days.

There will be no returns/exchanges of one-time use products (i.e.) car freshners.

Exchanges

We want to make sure you are happy with how Time Away clothing fits you! We will gladly accept an equal exchange if the size and clothing is in stock. For all exchange requests, please email: orders@timeawayclothing.com with your order number and let us know your reasons for the exchange, which item(s) are being returned from your order, and which size(s) you would like to receive instead. 

If the size you would like to exchange for is out of stock, you are eligible for a full-priced refund within 10 business days of the delivery date. In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item(s) and must include the original packing slip.

Processing an exchange can take up to 10-14 business days once we receive the exchange. Please feel free to email: orders@timeawayclothing.com to check the status of your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you received a damaged item or an incorrect product, please email: orders@timeawayclothing.com with your order number and name so we can best resolve your situation. These requests must be filed within 7 days within your delivery date.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

This Privacy Policy describes information we may collect about you directly or indirectly. We collect a variety of information that you provide directly to us. Information you may provide about yourself like your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information. By using our website and buying our products, you agree to this Privacy Policy Statement. Time Away Clothing processes your information when necessary to provide you with the Services that you have requested when accepting our Terms of Service, or where you have obtained your prior consent. Examples of necessity are, but not limited to, fulfill orders, and contact you with new products or offers.

To ensure we provide you with the best shopping experience and feel like part of this community, we may collect information about how you access our websites, your account, and our platform, including information about the device and browser you use, your network connection, your IP address, and details about how you browse through our websites and platform.
